• Do I need to reserve a tub?

We highly recommend it! Reserving a tub guarantees your pup’s spot—and it’s totally free to do. Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but we book up fast (especially on weekends!).

💡 Dropping your dog off for a service?
That does require an appointment—no surprise visits, please!

⏰ And don’t forget: all services need to be finished by closing time, so plan your sudsy adventures accordingly!

  • How many tubs do you have?

5 raised tubs and 1 extra-large/senior floor shower area for pups that are more comfortable on the ground. We use steps and ramps to help get pups in the tubs and we will always give an extra hand in getting them in the tubs if needed.

  • Do you trim my dogs nails?

Yes, we sure do—on select days each week! When you book a wash, you’ll see the option to add a nail trim (and which days it's available).

We’ll trim them as short as your pup comfortably allows—no stress, no drama. That said, if your dog needs a muzzle or a full team to get through it, we recommend visiting a fear-free vet who can provide the extra support they deserve.

  • What do you provide?

We provide aprons (so you stay dry-ish), shampoos and conditioners, towels, grooming tools, and even a high-velocity dryer if you want to use it.

Prefer your own products or brushes? Totally fine—bring whatever makes bath time better for you and your dog!

  • Can I fully groom my dog at your facility?

Yes! If you think you’ll need more than the booked time, you can book extra hours at $20/hour

  • Allergies and Dog Hair

That means our space is shared—so while we keep it super clean, you might see some flying fur when the dryers are going full blast. 💨🐾

If you're sensitive to hair or dander, just let us know—we’re happy to offer you a mask!

  • Do you have full grooming services available?

Yes! Check out the grooming section of our site! We are mostly a self-wash business, but we do offer a few drop off services a week. Please remember that we do not use kennel dryers and we are limited on space. So, you will need to be able to pick up your pup pretty quickly once the groom is complete.

  • Do we need to sign a waiver?

  • I have a very nervous dog. Can I still bring them?

Definitely! The Dog Wash will be very new to them. We recommend bringing them treats as they acclimate to the new environment. We also recommend that you forgo the Dryers the 1st time as they are louder than a human hair dryer.

  • My dog does not enjoy being around other dogs. Can I come?

Yes! Just message us on Facebook or Instagram. We will be more than happy to schedule a day for you to come before or after hours, so your pup is the only one at the Dog Wash. After hour charges do apply.

  • I have more than 1 dog. How does that work?

If you have more than one dog, make sure to reserve a tub. When customers reserve for more than one dog, a Tub with a gate is held. One dog can wait while one gets washed.

  • Does my dog need to be on a leash?

Yes, anytime a dog is not in the tub, we do ask that they stay secured to their owners. Bath time can be stressful for some dogs, while others may want to play. We try our best to only have one dog walking by at a time to avoid any greetings. Make sure to keep a hand on your pups in the tub as dogs walk by.

  • When are the slowest times?

We are usually slower Mondays and Wednesdays from 2p-4p. If we are near a major holiday or school is out, this may not be true.

  • Parking on Sundays

Parking on Sundays from 10a-1p may be more difficult until the Church Services in the plaza have completed.

  • Why We Limit Self-Wash Time to 45 Minutes

To keep things running smoothly for all our furry friends, we limit each self-wash session to 45 minutes per dog. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures every pup gets a clean, calm space to wash.

Need a little extra time? No problem! Just note that after 45 minutes, there is a small additional charge to cover extended use of our facilities.

Thanks for understanding and helping us keep bath time stress-free for everyone! 🛁🐶
