Yes! We operate by reservation
Please reserve your tub before arrival sitstaysplash.com⏰ And don’t forget: all services need to be finished by closing time, so plan your sudsy adventures accordingly!
-
Yes, we sure do—on select days each week! When you book a wash, you’ll see the option to add a nail trim (and which days it's available). Appointments are required.
We’ll trim them as short as your pup comfortably allows—no stress, no drama. That said, if your dog needs a muzzle or a full team to get through it, we recommend visiting a fear-free vet who can provide the extra support they deserve.
-
We provide aprons (so you stay dry-ish), shampoos and conditioners, towels, grooming tools, and even a high-velocity dryer if you want to use it.
Prefer your own products or brushes? Totally fine—bring whatever makes bath time better for you and your dog!

To keep things running smoothly for all our furry friends, we limit each self-wash session to 45 minutes per dog. This helps us stay on schedule and ensures every pup gets a clean, calm space to wash.
Need a little extra time? No problem! Just note that after 45 minutes, there is a small additional charge to cover extended use of our facilities.
Thanks for understanding and helping us keep bath time stress-free for everyone! 🛁🐶

Our space is shared—so while we keep it super clean, you might see some flying fur when the dryers are going full blast. 💨🐾
If you're sensitive to hair or dander, just let us know—we’re happy to offer you a mask!

Yes! If you think you’ll need more than the booked time, you can book extra hours at $20/hour

Yes! While we are first and foremost a self-service dog wash, we do offer full-service grooming as a limited add-on option. Because grooming is lower volume for us, appointments can book out quickly depending on your dog’s breed, coat type, and the services needed. Please note that we do not use kennel dryers and have limited space, so your pup will need to be picked up promptly once their groom is complete.
-
Yes! We have a walk-in shower designed for large and giant breeds. If your dog is too tall to comfortably use a raised tub, the floor-level option is perfect. We’ve bathed everything from Great Danes to Mastiffs — and we’re happy to help you choose the best setup.
-
Absolutely! Many dogs need a little time to get used to the Dog Wash since it’s a new environment. We recommend bringing their favorite treats to help them feel comfortable. For their first visit, you may also want to skip the dryers, as they can be louder than a regular hair dryer. With patience and positive reinforcement, most pups settle in quickly!
-
Yes! Just message us on Facebook or Instagram. We will be more than happy to schedule a day for you to come before or after hours, so your pup is the only one at the Dog Wash. After hour charges do apply.
-
if you have more than one dog, make sure to reserve a tub. When customers reserve for more than one dog, a Tub with a gate is held. One dog can wait while one gets washed.
-
Yes, anytime a dog is not in the tub, we do ask that they stay secured to their owners. Bath time can be stressful for some dogs, while others may want to play. We try our best to only have one dog walking by at a time to avoid any greetings. Make sure to keep a hand on your pups in the tub as dogs walk by.
-
We are usually slower Mondays and Wednesdays from 2p-4p. If we are near a major holiday or school is out, this may not be true.
-
Parking on Sundays from 10a-1p may be more difficult until the Church Services in the plaza have completed.

At Sit Stay Splash, our shampoo system is set to a 50:1 dilution ratio (50 parts water to 1 part shampoo). This is the recommended way to use many professional concentrates because it:
Creates the correct “working strength” so the shampoo cleans properly
Helps the product spread evenly through the coat, especially thick or double-coated dogs
Allows for better rinsing, which helps reduce residue that can cause itchiness or dryness
Supports healthier skin by avoiding using overly strong concentrate directly on the coat
Makes sure you’re getting a consistent, effective wash every time
So while the shampoo may look thinner than something you’d buy off the shelf, it’s working exactly as intended.
Prefer to use your own shampoo? Totally fine! You’re welcome to bring your own shampoo (and conditioner if you’d like) and use it during your wash.
We also sell bottles of TropiClean® shampoos on-site if you’d like to grab one while you’re here.
